What am I doing

In all financial matters – which have an impact on accounting – I offer you my support. This includes bookkeeping with the associated tasks such as VAT returns, annual financial statements with tax returns, any reports during the year and everything related to personnel administration. If you prefer to do the bookkeeping yourself, I would be happy to be your contact or sparring partner for any special issues that can arise again and again.

If you want to further develop your business and are planning a conversion or restructuring, I would be happy to prepare a layout with you so that we can find a suitable solution together. This can also include any succession arrangements, with a possible company valuation and, of course, the respective tax effects and necessary tax planning measures.
